The AquaBLAST Waterproof Fitness cards provide quick access to the most common AquaBLAST exercises; they are easy to use and demonstrate the wide range of exercises you can perform with AquaBLAST.
The cards are made of thick waterproof paper and slip into the carry case pocket on the 20 & 25-Liter bag. Use the cards while in the pool and take them with you wherever you take AquaBLAST.
Page 1 & 2 includes the AquaBLAST Total Body Workout; these drills begin underwater and get progressively harder near the end as weight training is introduced.
Page 3 includes AquaBLAST Combat drills when using the AquaBLAST Harness, Suction Tether, or a Swim Spa.
Page 4 provides Reduced Weight drills, plus care and maintenance tips.
